When you book with us and pay a deposit for any lodging, travel plan, or package, you’re agreeing to the terms of this agreement on behalf of yourself and everyone listed in your reservation, including minors. We’ll provide services for each person you book for. To secure your reservation, we require prepayment with a valid credit card. Your card will be charged the full amount upfront. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 30 days before your arrival to avoid penalties. Any cancellations or no-shows will mean losing all funds, with the full payment going to the hotel.
