This hotel is smaller, but the key attraction is how quaint it is. The relaxed vibes and helpful staff made this a trip to remember. We stayed busy doing tours around Costa Rica and this was our base camp. We were well fed every morning and had the pool to lounge in. The wind coming off the beach made for gorgeous morning coffee. This place is a hidden gem! I can’t wait to come back. Stay if you want romantic and private vacation vibes!

I'm still blown away by my experience at Papagayo Golden Palms. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we had a 5 star experience. The service is beyond excellent. Elizabeth, Andrea, Alan and the entire staff went out of their way to make sure that all of our needs were met. The food was mostly delicious - I've never had such great ceviche in my life! The rooms were spacious, clean and bright. The grounds are simply magnificent. Papagayo Golden Palms is a gem of a resort. Run, don't walk there!

Wonderful Hotel!! We had a great time staying here..The property is full of beautiful shrubs, flowers, trees, and wildlife. The rooms were very clean. Hot water for showers. The A/C worked very well. The food was delicious in the restaurant and for breakfast. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

The setting, the tranquility, the proximity to the beach, the nice pool, and the attentive staff made this a great stay for me. It was nice to arrive to a welcome drink. Shout out especially to Luna, Douglas, Ester, Andrea and Lauren for making this a phenomenal vacation! I hope to be back with my wife very soon!

We flew into Costa Rica late at night and booked this hotel for the first night of our honeymoon! Luna made our room so special and made us feel so welcomed! The experience was so relaxing and beautiful. Spent the morning at the ocean and at the beautiful shaded pool. I have celiac disease so I am always concerned about eating but they were extremely accommodating and the food was so fresh and healthy. Highly recommend this stay!

This hotel is a gem! We went there in November 2023 and it exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is not the newest but is very well maintained and clean. The vegetation on the property is so lush and gorgeous, we could tell they take very good care of it. What we loved the most about this hotel is the team of people that worked there. They are always available to help, greet you with a genuine smile and treat you like family. Especially, Esther, Luna and Milagro are an all-star! These people make the soul of this hotel!
